Fugitive Safe Surrender Update

On Monday, April 27th, 2009 from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at New Destiny Fellowship, 906 E. 16th Street in Wilmington there will be a Fugitive Safe Surrender Training conducted by SharonBeth Crystal of Washington, DC. Please inform any other people you know who may be interested because they will need to attended this session to be able to volunteer for the event - even if they can not stay the whole time, come and complete the clearance process and sign-up for what you enjoy doing. Thanks and hope to see you there!

Secondly we had 3 pastors commit to giving their time during the week and 4 volunteers from our luncheon. New Destiny Fellowship church has 31 volunteers scheduled for the week and other churches have been diligently working towards securing volunteers as well.

Lastly, there will be a Press Conference on tomorrow at New Destiny Fellowship at 11:30 a.m. with Marshal Thomas and other officials - come by if you can!

The Fugitive Safe Surrender banner will be up on tomorrow morning thanks to Department of Public Safety.
