Peace Underfunded in Increasingly Militaristic World

The world is over-armed and peace is under-funded

says United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.

They are destabilising societies and feeding the flames of civil wars and terror.

I could not have said it any better.

The United States leads the world in military expenditures. When will we ever learn we are losing this race? Peace is a much better course to pursue.
