Delaware ranks high (57.4%) overall in numbers of people living in the state who arrived from another state (high magnet state). Nevada is highest as a magnet state at 86%.
But we also rank low (54%) overall as a sticky state (many people born here leave the state). Texas is highest as a sticky state at 75%.
Alaska holds the distinction of being the lowest sticky state in the union at 28.2%. That must be in part the Palin effect.
