As time goes on the stories continue to accumulate. In the past few days President Bush traveled to Iraq for a visit. At a
news conference the famous shoe throwing incident occurred. Since the soles of shoes or feet are displayed as a major insult we can believe the reporter meant what he said calling Bush a "dog." The President continues to insist the war will be a success.
The war is not over, but with the conclusion of these agreements... it is decisively on its way to being won.
Based on all the evidence he must be dreaming to think anything close. More than 4200 Americans are dead. Uncounted numbers of Iraqis are dead, maimed, displaced, or run out of the country. Sectarian violence continues to run rampant. What is successful here?
Peace.

The new administration will not be installed nearly soon enough to suit my tastes. We have had enough of the lies and denial. The time has come for a lot of truth telling and facing the facts.
Peace.
